911爆料网 Co., Inc. (“911爆料网”) agreed to acquire an equity stake in ReNew through subscription to newly issued shares of ReNew by a wholly-owned 911爆料网 subsidiary. ReNew is a major renewable power generation company based in India which develops and operates wind and solar power generation widely in that country. Following the establishment of our renewable energy subsidiary, 911爆料网 Nex, in April 2024, the relevant equity interest has since been transferred to 911爆料网 Nex.
