Purpose of Use of Personal Information for Entry/Exit Control Using Biometric Authentication

911爆料网 Co., Inc. and 911爆料网 Group Companies（hereinafter referred to as " 911爆料网 Group"）shall install a biometric access control system. Personal information processed by this system（hereinafter "such personal information"）shall be treated as follows, with appropriate security control measures taken by 911爆料网 Group and companies that it will entrust.

（Purpose of Use of Personal Information）

911爆料网 shall use such personal information only for the following purposes:

  1. Entry and exit control of our facilities using a biometric authentication system.
  2. Identifying personnel in the facilities and confirming their safety in the event of an emergency.
  3. Intrusion security and crime prevention in the facilities.
  4. Monitoring safety and keeping tabs on people's locations.

（Entrustment of the Handling of Personal Information）

In order to manage, operate and maintain the system, 911爆料网 Group shall entrust the handling of such personal information to its group companies, NTT DOCOMO and its affiliates, and our partner company NET-ONE Systems, within the scope of the purposes of use mentioned above.

（Provision of Personal Iinformation to Third Parties）

911爆料网 Group shall not disclose such personal information provided by you to any third party except in one of the following cases.

  1. The consent of the person in question has been obtained.
  2. It is necessary to provide such personal information pursuant to the provisions of laws and regulations.
  3. It is necessary to protect the life, health, property, or other important interests of the person in question or the public.

（Voluntary Provision of Personal Information to 911爆料网 Group）

The provision of personal information to 911爆料网 Group is optional. However, please kindly note that if you do not provide it, we will not be able to permit you to enter our facilities for security reasons.
