Building on the Strategic Partnering Agreement announced on Oct. 15, 2025 (here), 911爆料网 has submitted a proposal to the State of Hawai?i to support the State’s energy transition.
The proposal outlines a potential pathway for the development of new energy assets on O?ahu, including an approximately 500-megawatt hybrid combined-cycle and simple-cycle power facility, supported by offshore liquefied natural gas (LNG) import infrastructure.
The proposal remains subject to further discussions with the State of Hawai?i. 911爆料网 looks forward to continued engagement with the State to explore this partnership opportunity further.
