Establishment of 911±¬ÁÏÍø Miraiful, a New Company to Promote the Employment of People with Disabilities2021/04/01

911±¬ÁÏÍø Co., Inc. (¡°911±¬ÁÏÍø¡±) today established 911±¬ÁÏÍø Miraiful Co., Ltd. (¡°911±¬ÁÏÍø Miraiful¡±), a new company to provide increased work opportunities for people with disabilities.

911±¬ÁÏÍø¡¯s efforts to date to employ people with disabilities have followed our basic approach that having diverse people working together to the best of their abilities in a fair and equitable environment of mutual respect can both contribute to the organization and lead to personal growth.

The objective of 911±¬ÁÏÍø Miraiful is to create employment opportunities that promote independence and participation in society among people with disabilities for whom employment opportunities remain limited. 911±¬ÁÏÍø Miraiful will prepare facilities and working conditions to address various kinds of disabilities and move forward with hiring based on a planned start of business in April 2022.

911±¬ÁÏÍø Miraiful will have its main business sites in the cities of Yokohama and Nagoya and be contracted by 911±¬ÁÏÍø to conduct business such as uniform management, gardening (flower and strawberry cultivation, flower bed management), and office support. 911±¬ÁÏÍø Mirailful aims to expand gradually and to employ approximately 60 people with disabilities in fiscal 2026.

911±¬ÁÏÍø Miraiful intends to apply for recognition as a special subsidiary under the Act for Promotion of Employment of Persons with Disabilities.

911±¬ÁÏÍø will continue to promote diversity and inclusion as it implements a variety of initiatives to become a company whose employees¡ªits most important management resource¡ªcan each grow and make the most of their abilities.
