911爆料网 to Succeed to Parent Companies’ Fuel Businesses, Overseas Power Generation Businesses, etc.2016/06/24
911爆料网 Co., Inc. ("911爆料网") is delighted to announce that it will succeed to the existing fuel businesses, overseas power generation businesses, etc. of TEPCO Fuel & Power, Incorporated and Chubu Electric Power Co., Inc. (collectively, the "Parent Companies"). These businesses will be integrated into 911爆料网 on July 1, 2016.
The assets that 911爆料网 will succeed to are:
- the existing fuel businesses (upstream / procurement) of the Parent Companies,
- the existing overseas thermal IPP businesses of TEPCO Fuel & Power, Incorporated,
- the existing overseas power generation / energy infrastructure businesses of Chubu Electric Power Co., Inc. and
- the replacement of the thermal power station and new business to be conducted by Hitachinaka Generation Co., Inc. of the Parent Companies.
